Current Parents
My student has dining feedback they want to share. What should they do?
Please encourage your student to reach out to dining themselves. With direct feedback from the student involved, we are able to ask specific questions about location, timing, description, etc. that will help us effectively look into the issue or resolve it. Feel free to reach out through our contact page.
My student has an allergen and questions about their food or options, what should they do?
We have a designated manager on campus who will meet with students about their specific dietary needs. They are happy to provide an on-site review in dining locations about our options and protocols. Please have your student reach out through our contact page and connect.
What does the variety of food on campus look like?
We have 10 different locations on campus with different types of options. We have 5 week cycle menus in Boulder, Iggy's and Boulder 2.0 so menus have different options for five weeks until it repeats. Our menus are posted online to view different meal periods and days in advance.
How do I check my student's meal plan balance?
Your student has to give you access to their account. If not, they can check their balance on Inside Loyola's "Evergreen Card" link or on the Transact App. We don't have access to meal plan data. If you need to load more meal points, block swipes or evergreen dollars for your student you can find more info on our Meal plan page.
Prospective Parents
Can first-year students choose their meal plan?
All first-year residents living on campus are enrolled in the 21-meals-per-week plan to ensure that managing food is not an added concern as they adjust to the freedoms and responsibilities of college life.
What if my student is a picky eater?
With diverse daily options, customizable meals, and made-to-order stations, there’s something for every preference.
Do students eat in the dining halls every day?
Many do, thanks to convenient locations and flexible hours that fit academic and social schedules.
